Leading in tech, and any industry, comes with challenges that only a few know how to meet. WITSEND is a forum for women in leadership to share what we need, and what we know, with 300+ women on our level.

In our many WhatsApp groups and IRL meet-ups, we share the secrets of our successes in life and work. Sometimes, it's a growth strategy, investment advice, a tech hire or game-changing software. Sometimes it's a great kids' club in Greece. All of it helps.
A safe space for ambition.
We don't admit headhunters, coaches or sales pitches. WITSEND is a not-for-profit, and a resource for our members. We support women's success - we don't leverage it.

"WALK & TALK"
A call with Claire - normally a "walk and talk" by phone - so Claire can tell you a bit more about the community and hear about what you want to get out of a network. This allows us to keep up with what everyone is about, make sure we keep the agenda relevant and know you a bit better.
(Walking is optional! Claire will likely be doing her daily steps around Oxford!)
PAYMENT OF ANNUAL FEES
If it sounds like WITSEND is a good fit for you after that, we ask you to pay the annual fee (this is how everyone chips in for the admin support and events) which would be £300. This is payable via Stripe so you can easily expense it if you can.
ONBOARDING TO WITSEND'S COMMUNITY
Once we receive your payment we will send you next steps to onboard you to our online portal, community events and WhatsApp / LinkedIn groups.
